CEO
Todd Gauer has over 21 years experience in the capital markets, Mr. Gauer has worked with numerous firms in advisory and management capacities. Currently he is CEO of Bay Street Capital and Co Founder of Purebase Corp., a public company focused in the Agriculture and Construction Materials sector, prior to joining Bay Street Capital, Mr. Gauer served as Vice Chairman at Corinth Capital Partners Inc., a corporate development and trade financing firm. Prior to that, Mr. Gauer served as President of Bayshore Capital Corp., a private equity firm and acted as an Investment Advisor for Marleau Lemire Securities.

Marcus Mueller
International Trade
Marcus has been an international commodities trader for over twenty years including steel iron ore, coal (metallurgical and thermal), limestone, and graphite. Marcus also founded Tradinghouse Worldwide Corp., a private Canadian trading house that sources and markets various products within the mining industry. He also founded M Iron N Nuggets Inc., focusing on the development of iron making technologies and M Classical Gold, which invests and markets precious metals mainly in South America. His extensive experience in trading commodities has earned Marcus a high level of knowledge in the complex arena of moving goods and commodities around the world. His knowledge includes logistics (ports, shipping, loading and discharging), taxation, import/export duties as well as Forex hedging strategies executed in different countries and currencies. Marcus also has long standing relationships with many global Trade Finance Banks which allows him to quickly and accurately evaluate trade and/or investment opportunities.

His background encompasses senior management roles at both bank owned and independent investment banks focusing on equity capital markets, institutional sales and trading and investment banking. Brent’s private equity experience covers a diverse group of industries involving direct ownership, management and consultation and is well experienced in restructurings and M & A in both the public and private sectors.

Mr. Breckles currently serves as CEO & Managing Partner of BCP Capital Advisors, an independent strategic and financial advisory firm, providing services to entrepreneurial global companies, ranging from emerging growth to mid-market. He also serves as CEO of TIROS Financial Corp., a privately-held boutique investment management firm focusing on early stage investments in technology.

John has strong experience leading business development projects across the globe in the US, European, Middle Eastern, and Asian markets. John also has extensive capital markets and fundraising experience having served as an investment banker for several years on Wall Street. While at Cisco, John worked in the Corporate Business Development Group supporting the Collaboration organization
